Volunteer with us and help create Tyne Rising

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help deliver 'Tyne Rising' as part of Newcastle Puppetry Festival 2021. Tyne Rising will be the largest puppet show Newcastle has ever seen - we need YOUR help to make it a reality.

'Cetus' by Thingumajig Theatre

Moving Parts Arts is a small organisation trying to do big things. As a non-for-profit we rely on volunteers to make the festival happen and in exchange we can offer a unique experience like no other.

We need volunteers for:

• Stewarding

• Box office

• Team leading

• Puppet making

• Costume making

• Chorus performance

• Back stage crew

In return we can offer:

• A limited edition Moving Parts t-shirt

• Food during volunteer shifts

• A letter of recommendation if requested

• First hand experience in outdoor event delivery

• Access to Level 1 safeguarding training
