Storytelling, like the wind, carries voices across borders, barriers and generations. ‘Wind Garden’ will explore the meeting point between people, arts & sustainability, engaging 250 North East of England residents through free-to-access creative workshops with artists. Workshops will allow people to create and decorate kinetic sculptures that move in the wind from sustainable/recycled materials.
