It’s really interesting to see how Moving Parts Arts is prioritizing participant-led engagement with this new role. I particularly liked the focus on reaching people who might usually feel excluded from the arts; it’s a vital approach for building a truly inclusive community. I’ve been so busy lately that I almost asked a friend to do my assignment for me just to free up time to look into local creative projects like this. It makes me wonder how other small organizations balance such deep community work with limited part-time hours.
