10am - 5pm two day workshop for teens and adults. Learn to design and create simple animal rod puppets from basic, inexpensive and easily sourced materials. The course structure will include design, incorporating simple movement, material choices and sourcing (including glues for various surfaces) and finished aesthetics. Participants should have a completed puppet by the end of the course and have gained the skills and experience to create many more. Suitable for all levels of experience.
